Xaverian Students Inducted Into National Honor Society
Vincenzo Cammilleri '16, Eric Ching '16 and Frank Coen '16
On Tuesday, October 29th, Xaverian hosted the 53rd Annual Induction Ceremony of the Brother Hilary Chapter of the National Honor Society. 151 exceptional students from the senior, junior, and sophomore classes were conferred membership to the NHS.
The ceremony began with a welcome address by Dcn. Kevin McCormack and an opening prayer by Dcn. Bryan Amore '80. The NHS class representatives, Daniel Loud '14, Albert Connelly '15, and Joseph Donahue '16, then participated in a candle lighting ceremony. Director of Advancement Mr. Vincent P. Torti served as the Keynote Speaker and Mrs. Roseann Guido was the faculty honoree. Following a closing address by President Alesi '78, families enjoyed refreshments in the cafeteria. Music was provided throughout the evening by the talented members of MAX (Music at Xaverian).
Congratulations to all the members of the Brother Hilary Chapter of the National Honor Society at Xaverian!
